1. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly and safely as possible. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, though this may be longer during peak periods or new launches.
Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined in our [Shipping Policy]. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Important Notes:

  • AF THE LABEL is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

  • AF THE LABEL accepts responsibility for items damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@afthelabel.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any damage occurring after delivery.

3. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on Swimwear. Instead, we provide exchanges or store credit.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
For health and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, text, and imagery are the property of AF THE LABEL. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability
Our products are designed with care and attention to quality. However, AF THE LABEL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
