What if the item I want is sold out in my size?
We restock select styles throughout the year. If your size is unavailable, you can register for a back-in-stock email notification on the product page. Due to high demand, we’re unable to reserve items or guarantee restock dates.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we’re unable to cancel or make changes. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
I’ve contacted customer care but haven’t received a reply. What should I do?
Our Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response and check your spam or junk folder before reaching out again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay, as well as all major credit cards.
Australian customers can also choose Afterpay.
Is it safe to shop online with AF THE LABEL?

Our swimwear is designed with a minimal cut and runs smaller than standard swimwear sizing for a sleek, sculpted fit. We recommend referring to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Where available, fit videos on select product pages provide additional guidance.
If you are between sizes, prefer more coverage, or are unsure, we suggest sizing up.
How should I care for my swimwear?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your swimwear, we recommend rinsing after contact with salt water or chlorine and gently hand washing in cold water. Avoid tumble drying, dry cleaning, and ironing. Lay flat to dry in the shade to preserve shape and colour.
